“Casa Ole catered a birthday celebration for us, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations from start to finish. The food was absolutely outstanding—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. Every dish had that authentic, comforting Tex-Mex taste you hope for, with vibrant seasonings and generous portions.
The biggest surprise for me was the chicken fajitas. I am usually a beef-only person when it comes to fajitas, but the chicken was incredibly tender, juicy, and packed with flavor. It was seasoned perfectly and grilled to perfection, making it just as satisfying—if not more—than the beef I typically order. The rice, beans, tortillas, and sides complemented everything beautifully, and our guests kept going back for seconds.
Beyond the food, the service was equally impressive. The team was professional, punctual, and organized, making the catering process seamless and stress-free. Everything was set up on time and presented attractively, which made hosting so much easier for us.
If you are looking for authentic, delicious Mexican Tex-Mex cuisine with reliable and polished service, Casa Ole is an excellent choice. Our guests are still talking about how great the food was, and we cannot wait to repeat the experience for our next celebration.“
