Excellent customer service
First time going to Bojangles and man it is so much better than Chick-fil-A. The chicken is actually seasoned who knew that would be so good. All jokes aside the food is really good. Service can be a little slow if they're pretty busy with people doing takeout but they definitely made up for it with the small upgrade for the delay so that was really nice. Only tried the chicken sandwich though The BLT. And some blueberry drizzle thing that was like a biscuit. Both really good...read full review
First time customer. And glad I gave them ago for a fried chicken sandwich. It was so delicious. The coating was just perfectly cooked and was loaded with flavor. Tried their BO dipping sauce and it nothing like other fast food chicken house dipping sauce. It was unique delicious and would have wanted more on my chicken sandwich. Glad I bought an extra serving. And then the fries coated with flavor also. Oh yes they got me good. Will be back for more.
