“We come here mainly for their udon and eel menu items. I've found that their other fish and crab plates are served much colder than I'd prefer. Their beef udon is delicious though and is as close to our favorite udon chain as we can get without going out of state to get it. The quality of the eel here is also great so we'd have no problem recommending the eel hand roll and both eel nigiri plates. Aside from that, service is always quick and friendly and the self pay checkout is extremely convenient.“

“My husband and I loved it! The food was awesome and they have a Happy Hour menu everyday from 5pm to 7pm.(excludes holidays) We enjoyed the cocktails, sushi and hibachi dinner. Very affordable. “Dining at Aki Sushi. I had a fantastic experience at Aki Sushi with my wife. We started with steamed dumplings, which were delightful. My wife had the tonkatsu ramen, a dish bursting with fresh flavors, along with the melt-in-your-mouth wagyu sashimi. I tried the smoked brisket ramen, a unique and delicious dish, and unagi with foie gras sushi wow !!! is all I have to say about that one. We also enjoyed a salmon skin roll, one of my favorites. The service was outstanding, with attentive staff ensuring a memorable meal. Aki Sushi stands out with their fresh wasabi ground tableside and fresh, never-frozen bluefin tuna. Highly recommend for anyone who loves sushi and ramen!“

What really made it stand out was the texture contrast—crispy, soft, and slightly sweet all in one bite. The sauces were used just right, enhancing the flavor instead of overpowering it. Every piece felt well put together and fresh.

“We came for my son's birthday lunch. As always, the service and food was great! But, this time was a little different. My daughter (8yr) was recently diagnosed with celiac disease and can't eat traditional soy sauce. We asked if we brought gluten free soy sauce, could they make hers with it. The chef made hers on the hibachi with her own sauce. So, not only did her brothers feel special for their birthday, but she felt so special and included. And, her food was AWESOME! That is customer service at it's finest ❤️.“
