I have to figure out how they make their fried rice. This place has the best fried rice I ever had.
As far as the experience, it's a solid experience. They have great theatrics with the servers.
But man, that fried rice..
I do also like the steak with mushrooms it pairs great with anything they have.
Yeah so about that fried rice, chicken or beef. Don't matter. You can get it without meat and it will still probably be the best fried rice you have...read full review

Ichibon is a popular restaurant known for its great food and attentive service, making it an excellent choice for celebrations and family meals. Guests appreciate the $1 sushi on Sundays, which offers quality options without compromising on taste. The Hibachi dinners are especially entertaining, with chefs cooking meals right in front of diners, although some have noted that the use of soy sauce can be a bit heavy.
The restaurant is family-friendly, as seen when they accommodated a child's dietary needs by using gluten-free soy sauce, making the experience special and inclusive. While the food receives high praise, some diners have mentioned that the temperature inside can be uncomfortable at times. Despite this, the overall atmosphere is welcoming, making it a great place to hang out with friends or celebrate special occasions.
Ichibon is also known for its attentive staff, who strive to ensure all guests have a memorable dining experience. Whether it’s a birthday celebration or a casual lunch, Ichibon remains a beloved spot for many.
