“OVERPRICED & OVERCHARGED - nothing different than the local Japanese steakhouse restaurants & I still came out smelling like garlic butter 😏. We told the waitress we all wanted fried rice with our meals... only to be charged for chicken fried rice 😠“

“I had an amazing experience at I Wa Ya Japanese Restaurant, and Ahzee made it even more memorable! From the moment we walked in, Ahzee was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind. The service was outstanding — always checking in at the right moments and making sure everything was perfect without ever feeling rushed. Ahzee’s positive attitude and excellent customer service truly stood out and made us feel valued as guests. The food was fantastic, but the exceptional hospitality is what will bring me back. “Great place to eat. Good food, atmosphere and Especially Good Habatchi food preparation show. Been coming here since kids were small now they are all bringing their kids. This is a good location for casual dinning, datenight,family night, or special occasion. Great selection of drinks, including hot or chilled sake ,wine , etc, plus fountain drinks and teas. I highly recommend the Hibatchi meals ,the house salad and tempura vegetables. A great and friendly place for all occasions so I would gladly give this location solid 4 stars. Come enjoy the atmosphere the drinks and most of all enjoy the food.“

“We’ve been searching for a Japanese Hibachi restaurant that won’t break the bank. We ordered for hubby and I and our 4yr old son who enjoyed the experience. We all got full and had enough left over for lunch the following day. The food at this restaurant was wonderful, everything cooked to perfection, the taste was so yummy. Everything was very clean and in a nice little area with security. Will definitely be coming back, it’s our spot now :)“

“The hibachi chef was amazing. Very energetic in getting the dinners involved with the show. Our waiter was amazing with his ability to recall every order without writing anything down! Very attentive staff all throught. Special shout out to the bartenders! They definitely made a fantastic impression.“

“From the time we walked in there til the time we left, everything was absolutely amazing. Even the couple who sat near us bragged about the same things that we did. Jay was amazing and very accommodating. Unfortunately, I didn't get the hibachi cook's name, but he was just as amazing. The portions were plentiful and cooked to perfection. I don't mean to sound commercial and all. It's just that you can't find good food AND service at the same time. I hope it stays that way. My husband said the visit there just added to his already good Father's Day! I hope things remain the same here!“
