I was having a hard day last week (cat had ran away) and actually had a cry before coming up to the drive thru to pick up an order. Nick made me laugh and cheered me up and even asked how my day was. He brought a little joy with his positivity to my day and every time I go I have a good experience from the staff here.
By far the best all around Starbucks in Harris County and Galveston County! Now they know how to make a caramel crunch Frap better than any Starbucks I have been to ever. To you other Starbucks send your people here to train!!

I haven't really "hung out" anywhere in a long while due to medical issues. Had time to kill and stopped here. They had comfortable seating and an amazing atmosphere.
