First, the woman gave me an unwelcoming look when I asked to sample the ice cream. She had a bad attitude with each sample she handed me (the sample spoon is no bigger than a dime.) On my third sample she literally gave me a portion the size of a pinky finger nail and told me it would be my last. It seemed like something she made up on the spot. If this is policy, I would have appreciated knowing before I sampled. Terrible customer service. Will not visit again.

The absolute worst experience I have ever had at this location. My family has visited this location many time over the past 15 years but after our latest experience we will never take our business back. Our family of 5 entered the shop around 10pm on Friday. We opted to sit and eat our ice cream in the shop because we had 2 children with us. Around 10:25 PM, one of the employees approached my family to inform us that the shop was closed and that we needed to leave. The employee continued to hover over my family. In a confused state, we started to clean up our mess. When we were not moving fast enough for the employee she again informed us that we needed to leave. As we were leaving at 10:27 PM, 2 customers drove up and entered the shop. These customer being 2 adults were allowed to enter. When I drove back by the shop at 10:47 PM there were then 3 customers enjoying their ice cream in the shop. For clarity, the signage next to the entry (picture included) indicated that this Marble Slab location closes at 11:00 PM on Fridays. Based on this experience it appears that this Marble Slab location has discriminatory practices against children. For what...being messy? Being kids? There is no other explanation why 20 minutes after we were told to leave because the shop was "closed" that there would be 3 adult customers (unrelated to the establishment) sitting in the shop enjoying their ice cream. To make matters worse, they would not allow us to use the bathroom claiming it was out of order. There was no sign on the door indicating such status but there was a sign reinforcing that the bathroom was for customers only.

This marble slab does not prioritize customer service at all. They were extremely slow making our ice cream which lead to it being very melty, and two MELTY ice creams cost us $17?? After they finished giving us our melty ice cream they left us to stand and wait at the register while they helped other customers. This took a good 10 minutes so we were forced to stand and eat our ice cream before it melted even more rather than getting to sit down and actually enjoy the treat we paid $17 for. They also were not very sanitary and another customer had to ask numerous times for a different cone because the worker touched every cone with out washing her hands between transactions. The employees were also just not very nice in general and seemed to really hate their jobs.
