Dairy Queen in Houston

“This is the Dairy Queen atmosphere I remember from my childhood! The food was great, everything was clean, and the employees were friendly and smiling. David, the manager, greeted everyone who came in and made sure everything was exceptional. Great food, great service, and a welcoming atmosphere!“

“Best Dairy Queen in Houston hands down. This location has never messed up my order. This location has the best quality when it comes to blizzards, food, and slushies. One time at the drive through I forgot to get all my food and drove away. The employee walked out stopped me in the parking lot and gave me the rest of my order, absolutely amazing. Shout out to Jose he deserves a raise.“

“Husband and I were in town for our niece's wedding. Was hungry after the drive to Houston. I don't eat beef or pork so I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich combo. Everything was very fresh and good. The lady at the drive thru window was very nice and pleasant 🥰“

“Bought an ice cream as a treat after a tiring shift at work and dairy queen is the best. I ordered 2 blizzards for myself and it was amazing! It was refreshing, cool and delicious. The place was also really nice and tidy so I’ll definitely try more flavors and stop by soon with my friend!“

“Normally I don't review fast food, but here's a diamond in the rough. All the food is fresh and hot made to order, service was friendly and helpful. I'm sure Dairy Queen would be happy with how clean the restaurant and restrooms were. Not the best part of town but a nice place to grab a bite.“

“Food is made fresh and hot. I heard them put my fries in fryer. I ordered steak fingers and they are large. Im glad I only ordered four only. Staff is very friendly. I was greeted with a smile. Nice nowadays 👌. Also very clean store and quiet.“

“It’s been a long time since I had a burger from DQ, and I forgot how good they are. If you haven’t thought about Dairy Queen lately, you should. Their burgers are hot, fresh, and adding red onion gives them even better flavor. Next time you pull in, try a burger instead of just getting a Blizzard—you might be surprised! 🍔🍦“

“Whenever I feel under the weather, I just need a cool ice cream to comfort me and this branch has been my go to for a month already. Figured might as well make a review since I had many good experiences here. I always love ordering cookies and cream blizzard Ice cream and it hits the spot. Helps me clear my mind whenever I am thinking of something. Will come by soon if I need another ice cream treat!“

“I came inside for the burger combo and personally I feel like the customer service was awesome there's no need for the extra sometimes. I think it was the manager who took my order- she was very nice and so pretty! That was my first time ordering a burger from DQ and that was the best burger I ever had. Definitely would come again!“

“I just want to thank DeanGelo for taking the time in correcting our order gracefully. I told him he didnt have to but he took that extra step to make sure our order was right. I appreciate his customer service and the way he handled the situation. 5 stars because of him! Thank you 🙏🏼“

“This place is always my go to place to get my comforting Ice cream. It’s taste really does not disappoint. I have always been fond of ordering my ice cream at this place and I believe I will definitely stop by again soon. Besides, this place is really kept clean by their staff since they are very hardworking and nice. Great service!“

They were freshly made and tasted wonderful and big like we use to get them back in the day. We picked the right time to arrive. Not crowded. Quiet an d Relaxing. Oh and they have a refrigerator with cakes full size cake for sale check it out. They looked awesome. Also has some knew Menu Items. Will definitely be coming back. Keep up the good work.If your looking for Cake be sure and call to make sure they have in stock. Better still drop in and ask if they make them if they have them all the time. This is Fathers Day weekend. We had a good visit Highly recommend. Please be aware sometimes they are very busy so during those times please be patient sometimes everyone has the same idea. Have a great weekend and be safe always. Highly recommend.“

“Bought an ice cream cake for myself as a little celebration and dairy queen definitely delivered the best. The icecream cake was definitely fresh and delicious! Even bought another to take home cuz I know I’ll be craving this for the next few days. Definitely try and stop by“

“It was pretty hot the day I was out for an errand and thought a quick ice cream would help with the heat, it definitely hit the spot. The staff was quick to work, the ice cream was cool and fresh, and it was great! The staff seemed to have kept the place clean and tidy which made it really enjoyable. Definitely would stop by again soon when I’m out for an errand. Great work!“

“I stopped by last night to grab a quick breakfast before going home, and it was worth the time I spent. I ordered a Cookies and cream blizzard and it was refreshing. The cashier was really nice and was efficient at taking my order. As I leaving the establishment, the staff member greeted me nicely which really made my day. Definitely my new favorite dairy queen branch!“

“Absolutely super friendly, I haven't got to eat my food yet, but with the amazing workers and it's know it's fresh, it's going to be good to keep those workers close!!! Because we need great customer service like that here in houston!“

“I have never had a bad visit or meal from here. The team is always super friendly and this was no exception. Food was tasty and plentiful including condiments. Just reminded me that I need to make a DQ run more often. I do wish the website included all the same Texas specialties that the physical stores do, so I could order ahead online, but no big deal.“

“Just wanted a small vanilla cone and honestly that was all I needed lol. The soft serve was creamy, the cone was fresh, and they gave me a pretty generous serving. Didn’t take long at all to get my order either. Good experience all around! Wouldnt mind visiting again“

“Stopped by with my friends for a quick ice cream break after strolling down the street and we enjoyed it very much! The staff was nice and fast, the food tasted cool and great, and the place was clean and tidy. Definitely would stop by again with my friends soon!“

“This is my second visit, husband first and I have to say the food was delicious and prepared fresh for us. Restaurant was very cleanly as well as staff were friendly and prompt with our order and food. The operator was very polite and asked us if everything was okay with our food and that was a great way to make sure everything met quality standards.Kudos to the staff. We will return“

“Food was good. Came in with friends. Service however was a bit confusing, maybe we did not get the system. All our receipts had the same number, and when orders are handed out it's called out by menu # and what drink it was paired with. Hopefully it's just a system error at the register, because that led to a mix-up when 2 people in our group ordered the same item but the person delivering didn't know who gets the adjusted one.“

“I stopped by the drive-thru this morning to grab an ice cream before heading over to my friend and it was fun. I ordered 2 blizzard ice cream and they served it fast and cool. The cashier was really nice and made sure my order was correct before handing it over. Overall the staff were quick and efficient which made it hassle free to order an ice cream. Would pass by again if ever I crave an ice cream on the road“

“Visit 3-3-25: We went here after visiting at the hospital. We used the drive-thru. I had the kid's meal of steak fingers and it was yummy. My daughter had the kid's cheeseburger and my friend had the beltbuster burger. The service was quick.“
