McDonald's in Pasadena

“Inside Walmart; this place has fantastic service and the food tasted like the McDonald's Food you crave for. Fries were fresh and the well made Quarter pounder with cheese hamburger was delicious. I'm not a big fan of McDonald's, and I probably eat it once every 2 or 3 years. I had to give props to this place because it was 5 stars in all categories and super convenient.“

“The only thing I ever get at McDonald’s anymore at this location is just french fries and occasional coffee. But I hate their hamburgers every time I’ve gotten a cheeseburger there I live 1 mile not even a mile from this location when I get home to sit down to eat, the cheese is not even melted, when they handed me my order last time before I even drove away, I unwrapped the hamburger and the cheese was not melted! I even told them when I placed my order to be sure that my cheese is melted and they don’t listen. Most of the people that work there cannot understand English anyway, I don’t mean to be mean but that’s just how it is the next time I drive by there this week I’m gonna try to get the phone number to the owners and call and tell them. Another thing that I don’t like is that they don’t sell any breakfast items after 10:30 really who wants to eat chicken nuggets or cheeseburger or french fries at 10:30 in the morning? lol“

“Sara goes over and beyond to deliver customer satisfaction ! I've always arrived at the busiest times and she continues to hustle and bustle all while maintaining a great attitude while getting the orders out whether it's the lobby or the drive thru ! The staff is always nice and tries to do all to also assure great customer service and amazing hospitality ! Keep up the great work guys 😊“

“Food comes out hot & the order is always right. If food isn’t ready the employee asks me to move up, tells me why, & thanks me; which is not how any of the McDonald’s I’ve been to are. It’s become my favorite place since I’ve moved in the area“

“Was told that my discount coupon from mcdvoice.com wasn't valid, then another cashier said it was fine. McD's always screws up my orders so I'm always vocal when it comes to posting about experience. This location has no outdoor dining unless you consider outdoor car parking to be a sufficient substitute. There's no fountain drink dispenser inside either.“

“This place has one of the fastest service times in Houston. I work in all areas of Houston, I know.
The kid that is in charge of keeping the dining room clean, ROCKS! The kid mops the floor at least every hour. He's just impressive. And he has a very down to earth attitude with all customers. He talks to people like they're friends. This kid makes this McDonald's, one that I go out of my way to go to. This guy is one of the most impressive, dedicated McDonald's employees I've ever seen. Employees like this kid are rare. Especially in a young person. He's not just there, he works.“

“This is the best McDonald's location ever! The food ALWAYS slaps, doesn't matter the time of day. And every night Yvette is working the window and mic like a pro! She's so efficient!
A gentleman from the dmv once told me he is friends with the owner of this location (soo random! But we talked for a long time) and he says she's super cool and really cares about her location. I believe it!“

“All the managers at this Location are Wonderful they always try an help the customer it has the best food in whole pasadena today the manager lizzettee help us and daisy the cashier today first day of 2026 and they are super busy and I appreciate their Help and food thank you god bless ! I recommend to get you a bite to eat before you LEAVE Walmart :)“

“This McDonald's was awesome they were all helpful friendly would come up and ask if there's anything else that I needed and if they if I even needed to refill my drink which was really awesome. I got to meet several of the people there and Vanessa was very nice. She was very friendly and thanked me for dinning there. And to come back. Which that we will return again.“
