“I came in to buy my regular food. Did the survey and got my buy one get one free. I needed $1.98 to finish my balance. A lady with a general manager name tag by the name of Maria was wonderful! It was so embarrassing but she paid the balance with out hesitation. Thank you McDonald's for a wonderful Angel.“

“Food comes out hot & the order is always right. If food isn’t ready the employee asks me to move up, tells me why, & thanks me; which is not how any of the McDonald’s I’ve been to are. It’s become my favorite place since I’ve moved in the area“

I came to get a hot cup of coffee. But to my surprise I get a ice coffee without the ice. I was asked to pull over and wait as they make a new pot of coffee. I asked the manger for my money back. Oh by the way it was in the morning .“

“Sara goes over and beyond to deliver customer satisfaction ! I've always arrived at the busiest times and she continues to hustle and bustle all while maintaining a great attitude while getting the orders out whether it's the lobby or the drive thru ! The staff is always nice and tries to do all to also assure great customer service and amazing hospitality ! Keep up the great work guys 😊“

“We love this McDonald’s. My child always finds friends to play with. There is no weird people like in other McDonald’s and the service has always been over the top: fast, clean, they listen to you when something is wrong with your order (which is rarely) and employees are really friendly, respectful and I’m gonna say smart, as everything seems to be running efficiently like no other McDonald’s I’ve been to.“

“This place has one of the fastest service times in Houston. I work in all areas of Houston, I know.
The kid that is in charge of keeping the dining room clean, ROCKS! The kid mops the floor at least every hour. He's just impressive. And he has a very down to earth attitude with all customers. He talks to people like they're friends. This kid makes this McDonald's, one that I go out of my way to go to. This guy is one of the most impressive, dedicated McDonald's employees I've ever seen. Employees like this kid are rare. Especially in a young person. He's not just there, he works.“

“Had a great experience at McDonald’s! The food was fresh, the service was quick, and the staff was very friendly. Brittany especially stood out with her positive attitude and excellent customer service. We accidentally caused a spillage in the restrictions room, and she handled it with kindness and professionalism without making us feel uncomfortable. Her patience and friendly attitude really made the visit even better. Overall, an amazing experience and definitely a 5-star visit!“

“This McDonald's was awesome they were all helpful friendly would come up and ask if there's anything else that I needed and if they if I even needed to refill my drink which was really awesome. I got to meet several of the people there and Vanessa was very nice. She was very friendly and thanked me for dinning there. And to come back. Which that we will return again.“
