“THIS location is great. They are the ONLY location in Baytown that makes my special request chicken biscuit with mayo and pickles. Other in Baytown won't. Everyone here is extremely nice and helpful. I always tell them how much I appreciate them“
“The manager name is Sharin I’ve been working at McDonald’s for 25 Years this restaurant is clean. I was trying to find a problem so I can bring it to the Manager attention and she is on point. I advise anybody to come here to get their food. The food is fresh in season very well. Fries was good and fresh and also I looked at the floor in the lobby and then the grill area it is so clean. I advise anybody to eat at this McDonald’s. I give them 20 stars but I know you can only get five.“
“Food is always hot and delicious. The only reason for 4 stars, it's kind of sucks getting in and out during lunch. So when it's busy, I feel you spend an extra 10 minutes trying to get you food and go. Can we go back to having options for a dollar?“
“The mcdonalds people/staff are great.I ordered online today at 9am, I parked on mobile order parking #3 and got off to go use the restroom real quick. There was a dude talking out his equipment, such as vacuum and sweepers and a lil more. He got rude with me.Said I can't park there is only for online orders.I told him I did I just need to pee. He shook his hairy head and said you still can't park there if you going in.After that I tried using the door he was using and he rudely did, THE OTHER ONE, THE OTHER ONE.I was just trying to get lil breakfast idk why I had to deal with his bad mood.I'm about to eat my mc griddle now that I got that off my chest.By the way it seemed like he was a contracted worker not mcdonald's staff.“

“I just had a hankering for some ice cream so all I got was a hot fudge sundae. But I've been to this location several times before and they've never disappointed me. They're pretty good as far as McDonald's goes. It's not your typical loves that they are attached to, I'm pretty sure by the unusual layout that this one used to be a pilot. Because the truck stop is pretty nasty! You'd never know it though if you were just in the McDonald's. Because this one is very clean and I've never even really seen it dirty the times that I've been here!!“
