McDonald's in League City

“We ordered through the app, we had the food ready pretty quickly.

The order was correct.

As far as food quality, it's McDonald's. The food here is never wonderful, but it's never awful either. It's a safe spot to go to whenever we can't decide what to eat.“

“I would give this place zero stars if I could horrible the workers and there attitudes, I ordered four burgers and you’re telling me I can’t get sauce only ketchup and I have to pay extra . Next time I will go to Chick-fil-A where I don’t have to pay extra to get a sauce packet this is ridiculous and my French fries were halfway filled and cold they tasted old don’t come here this is greediness from the managers or corporate I’m not to sure but this is ridiculous.“

“I wish it was easier to get here coming from Hobbs but aside from that the woman who helped me was very nice. She helped me yesterday and today. I don’t remember her name. I went during lunch time. She came out and had sauces and gave me one. Some locations charge for one sauce or ketchup. This was a nice gesture. The only inconvenience is getting into McDonald’s but aside from that no complaints💙“

“Let me start off by saying these lovely ladies have never failed me once on my iced mochas!! I get it, everything can be different from one location to the other, but I have not experienced that at this location it's always consistent. I have not had one bad experience at this location and I absolutely love the ladies. They make my morning honestly.“

“I went to this McDonald's drive through to get a cup of coffee and asked if they had any flavors. The girl responded something about it being for their lattes. I was unaware and pleasantly surprised to discover that McDonald's has lattes. I ordered the hazelnut latte and it was actually really good.“

“This location on League City parkway has a very positive and welcoming atmosphere. The dining area is always clean, the lighting is pleasant, the design of the dining room is comfortable and has easy accessibility and flow. The manager, hiring manager and all staff are exceptionally respectful, positive, prompt and provide you with excellent customer service. The bathroom is always clean and comfortable. The parking lot is well maintained and it is located in an upscale location with beautiful parks and lakes with walking paths outside the parking lot so you can walk off their yummy and exceptionally delicious food. The staff is always polite and insures exceptional customer service.“
