“The food would have been really good if it did come out cold, we ordered the McRib combo and the double cheeseburger combo. Fries were cooked in old grease and was not fresh at all, very hard. The customer service was pretty good, fast service and very pleasant and prompt when ordering. The location is very accessible, not to much of a hard time locating and getting in. The store was clean and neat.“

“We've stopped by here several times, and it's become one of our regular spots. The burgers have been consistently good, and the buns always taste soft and fresh, which makes a noticeable difference. Service has been quick, and we've never had to wait long for our order.“

The Hispanic lady and the second window kind of rushed me to wait at the waiting window at the very front even though I had a question to ask shekinah shut me down not give me the chance to ask her about a receipt. “Probably the 2nd best McDonald's I have ever been to. I visited this location for over a year, and it is extremely consistent when it comes to serving fresh food. Whether it was dine-in, delivery, or drive-thru. The employees were always considerate and kind. No matter what time of day, the fries, burger, shakes, and nuggets taste like they actually tried to prepare and serve the product as it is described in commercials and ads. Even with complex and customized orders, this crew does not fail it get it right!“

“It has no fountain drinks in the dine-in area. Occasionally there will be a vagabond or 2 in the dining area. Decent service but the food has been missing condiments and once they didnt put a chicken patty in the hot n spicy. Also the condiments are thrown together sloppily.“

“I recently had a really good experience at McDonald’s. My order was made exactly how I asked, with all the correct ingredients, which doesn’t always happen at fast food places. The staff clearly paid attention to the details and got everything right the first time.

On top of that, the service was super fast. I didn’t have to wait long at all, which made the visit even better. As a nice bonus, they even gave me free buffalo sauce, which I really appreciated.

“I came in today and my cofee coupon wasn't working but the employees are so nice that the guy with a earing helped me with the coupon. He's very nice and tries to help when a problem arises. “Tried using kios, didn't know how to go backwards, had a coupon for .99c large ice coffee was ok then ordered big breakfast n3eded to go back and order 2 sausages with it. Couldn't get anyone to help me so I finally went to counter, she was the one to help at kios but she had a line at the counter. Kios isn't for non savvy computer seniors. I asked 3 ladies to help me (with no assistance) before I finally canceled the order at kios and went to the counter, then the lady working the counter wanted to walk me back to the kios., I told her no that I had already canceled it over there. So she helped me at counter, took every bit of 20 minutes total to order 1 LG hazle nut ice coffee, 1 medium Carmel ice coffee 1 big breakfast wit extra sausage with pancakes and 1 big breakfast no pancakes. My order was over 15.00. They need someone at kios always to help people like myself. Not the person who works the counter because if she/he is busy then we at kios are still stuck. Not good! Then for me to ask 3 different employees to help me at kios and they don't know how, or it's not there job. Is very sorry customer service, then I yelled can anyone help me, twice. Nobody said a word. If the customer's must learn how to work the kios then every employee does also, regardless of what there duties are. Every employee should know how to give great customer service.“

“Exceptionally busy area with wonderful service. My car broke down. I bought an ice cream while I was waiting for a tow truck. I was still waiting when the next shift showed up. One of the workers checked one, and when I explained the situation they offered me a second ice cream out of sympathy. It was very sweet of them on this exceptionally hot day.“

“every time I come here, they are extremely busy, because they’re connected to a Walmart and probably understaffed. I have worked in the food industry before, and they display the perfect amount of professionalism, friendliness, teamwork, so my order is always correct. Even with a toddler at my hip and a lot going on in my life I still check the bag before I leave because I’m not an idiot. Mistakes happen whenever it’s always busy, but they’ve never got my order wrong even my complicated toddler&coffee order has always been correct. They don’t serve espresso in the coffees like I want. But other than that, I can always find a clean table. Lot of customers standing around thinking that that makes them get their order faster and yet refusing to check their bag at a table before they leave. I feel for these workers because I see them rushing so much, like they must be understaffed. And the kitchen looks so small from the front. Yet they always have a willingness to help and don’t give me trouble when my toddler is being a butt. I always have him in my arms because I don’t let my children run around like a parent who wants them kidnapped. there is no play area here. But on days where you have to go shopping, you should be fine with that. And if there was a play area these poor people would have way more to do. And if there was a play area, then there would probably be more parents letting their kids run around like crazy people. They need more people and they need a raise for all that they do. i’m actually sitting in the parking lot waiting for them to open because they are amazing.“

“My wife and come here to this McDonald's everyday, literally everyday for over a year since moving to this side of town. The staff is just as friendly,welcoming and energetic today as they were the first day we came in. We only ever had to wait for our order longer than 5 to 10 minutes maybe twice only because it was packed on those days. We haven't ever had to send any order back to be remade and the staff frequently pass by to check on you almost no different than a casual dinning restaurant. “On Good Friday, I took my kids to our local McDonald's, and it was packed with families. What stood out right away was Ms. Candy—constantly moving, smiling, delivering orders, and keeping tables clean. She handled everything with great energy and care.

“I used the drive thru and service was fast and prompt. I was very disappointed to see that my fries were turned sideways in the bag and therefore in direct contact with the ketchup packets (not requested) that were in the bag. That's cross contamination allowing food in contact with packets that were in someone's bare hands. I ate my nuggets but tossed the fries which appeared to have been over cooked at they appeared rather crunchy. Lesson learned there. My experience was not the best but you might have better luck..“
