Front desk girl very friendly, smiling, patient, clean place and fast attention we enjoy being there and warm food, 👍😗
Came in through the drive thru. Friendly girl got my order right, gentleman at the next window was also kind- food was hot and fresh, thank you :)
Food has always been what you'd expect from a McDonald's, but there have been times I've had to wait a good amount of time for a single meal. Speed is either super efficient or absolutely terrible.

McDonald's is a popular fast-food restaurant that offers a variety of American-style meals, including breakfast options. The staff is generally friendly and attentive, and the restaurant provides a kid-friendly atmosphere with a play area and soft plush toys that come with the kids' meals. Customers can enjoy a range of menu items, though some drinks may vary in quality. The restaurant has wheelchair accessible entrances, and parking is available, although it's not always easy to guess where. Recent experiences highlight the professionalism of the manager, especially in handling drive-thru issues and order mistakes, which are often quickly resolved. The location is usually clean, both inside the dining area and in the bathroom. While the food is often typical of McDonald's, some items like fries can be good, though others may be dry and less satisfying. Service can sometimes be slow, and customers might need to ask for ketchup and napkins with their fries. The restaurant is a convenient spot for quick, hot food and is known for its friendly staff and welcoming environment for families. Customers appreciate that the food is often hot and fresh, and although wait times can happen, staff are polite. Overall, this McDonald's on Westheimer remains a good choice for those seeking a quick meal in a family-friendly setting.
