McDonald's in Spring

“Mickey D and I go way back. Never met one of their burger/fry combos I didn't like. However, sad to see over the years how service has declined. Got a little attitude when I wanted face to face service ordering my food. Work on customer service and y'all will be back on top with fast food again. In the meantime I will hang with my buds at Wendy's and check back on occasion.“

“We came here on a rainy day for lunch and to let the kids get energy out. The food was delivered quickly and hot and they enjoyed the play area. But what prompted me to write a review is the service! The staff was very attentive and the manager, Ana, checked on us twice. We will definitely be back to this location.“

“Didn’t need a receipt so I’m not sure the employees name but whoever was working the drive thru tonight around 11:30 pm was amazing! Complimented me, was very nice and friendly and all I got was a Coke, but I was so pleasantly surprised by this employee. After a hard day, that was just what I needed!“

“Since transfer of ownership this place has had a change in atmosphere and customer service for the better. The food is tasty and doesn’t taste greasy but clean. I’m delighted it’s less than two minutes from my house and it’s a reliable go to.“
