“Mickey D and I go way back. Never met one of their burger/fry combos I didn't like. However, sad to see over the years how service has declined. Got a little attitude when I wanted face to face service ordering my food. Work on customer service and y'all will be back on top with fast food again. In the meantime I will hang with my buds at Wendy's and check back on occasion.“

“We came here on a rainy day for lunch and to let the kids get energy out. The food was delivered quickly and hot and they enjoyed the play area. But what prompted me to write a review is the service! The staff was very attentive and the manager, Ana, checked on us twice. We will definitely be back to this location.“

“I want to recognize Shi, who I believe is one of the managers at this location. My meal took a little longer than expected, and I was asked to pull forward and wait. However, within what felt like less than 10 seconds, someone came out to verify my order, explain what was going on, and make sure everything was correct.

What really impressed me was the communication. Shi made sure I knew what was happening and even gave me the option of receiving a refund or continuing to wait for my food. There was no guessing, no feeling forgotten, and no lack of concern.

It had already been a long day for me, and since I live fairly close to this location, waiting a little longer was not a major inconvenience. What mattered to me was how the situation was handled.

I am an absolute sucker for GREAT customer service, and Shai and this team went above and beyond. Delays happen, especially in food service, but the way a team responds makes all the difference. The attention, communication, professionalism, and genuine concern for my experience were immaculate.

I hope Shi and this entire team receive the recognition they deserve. It is honestly refreshing to experience this level of customer service, especially from such a busy location. Keep doing what you’re doing because your customers absolutely notice it!“

“Two chicken sandwich combos wasn't that thrilling chicken was overcooked almost burnt french fries are okay not hot like they usually are you think for $15 they can do better I give credit where credit is due the people are friendly you know really have too much of an interaction when you order off of the “

“Nice restaurant especially for little children because they have a nice playland here with a jungle gym. When paying cash at the counter, their registers were down and had to wait 5 minutes to reboot. Everything else was good here. Noise level was a little high from the happy children playing in the other room.“

“Didn’t need a receipt so I’m not sure the employees name but whoever was working the drive thru tonight around 11:30 pm was amazing! Complimented me, was very nice and friendly and all I got was a Coke, but I was so pleasantly surprised by this employee. After a hard day, that was just what I needed!“

“I visit this McDonald's almost every morning for a cup of coffee before heading to work, and the experience is consistently outstanding. Every staff member I've encountered has been professional, friendly, and always has a smile on their face. They genuinely make me feel welcome, and I've never seen anyone seem upset or unhappy to be at work.

McDonald's coffee is my go-to, but there's something about the coffee at this location that makes it better than any other McDonald's I've visited. Whatever you're doing, keep it up, it definitely makes a difference!
