“This location is S Tier. Always tastes good, quick, and super chill/nice employees. I order on the app and pick up in drive thru and it's always a good experience. I've also met the manager and he seems very nice and professional.“

“I want to recognize Shi, who I believe is one of the managers at this location. My meal took a little longer than expected, and I was asked to pull forward and wait. However, within what felt like less than 10 seconds, someone came out to verify my order, explain what was going on, and make sure everything was correct.

What really impressed me was the communication. Shi made sure I knew what was happening and even gave me the option of receiving a refund or continuing to wait for my food. There was no guessing, no feeling forgotten, and no lack of concern.

It had already been a long day for me, and since I live fairly close to this location, waiting a little longer was not a major inconvenience. What mattered to me was how the situation was handled.

I am an absolute sucker for GREAT customer service, and Shai and this team went above and beyond. Delays happen, especially in food service, but the way a team responds makes all the difference. The attention, communication, professionalism, and genuine concern for my experience were immaculate.

I hope Shi and this entire team receive the recognition they deserve. It is honestly refreshing to experience this level of customer service, especially from such a busy location. Keep doing what you’re doing because your customers absolutely notice it!“

“We came here on a rainy day for lunch and to let the kids get energy out. The food was delivered quickly and hot and they enjoyed the play area. But what prompted me to write a review is the service! The staff was very attentive and the manager, Ana, checked on us twice. We will definitely be back to this location.“

“Two chicken sandwich combos wasn't that thrilling chicken was overcooked almost burnt french fries are okay not hot like they usually are you think for $15 they can do better I give credit where credit is due the people are friendly you know really have too much of an interaction when you order off of the “

“I usually dont leave reviews for fast food and fast food usually only gets negative reviews, but i wanted to say that THIS location will ALWAYS have hot fresh fries and fresh nuggets. The place could be burning down and i guarantee you that those items will be fresh. This may not be the same experience for everyone but for me, my fries and nuggets have been hot and crispy every time. They have never disappoint and i hope they never do. I hope their pillow stays cold at night. Keep up the great work.“

“Its McDonald's. What do you want. I hate that you have to order from a screen and pay. It gave me an order number but no receipt so I felt anyone could say thats my order.

The quality of services provided have dropped to a point that McDonald's is a last option.

Also, the .40 charge for getting a tea has really put me off. They dont charge .40 more for coffee. But they do charge you in the morning if you dont drink coffee and want a soda or tea.

I know what your thinking its just .40. Think about how many people stop in a day and get tea. If it was just 100. That's 40 dollars a day. In a month this 1200 dollars and in a years thats 14,400 more to the store owner. Not the employees.Again that is at a low ball figure of a 100 a day. They services 1000s in a day and I would be willing to bet the number getti g tea is 200 to 300 a day so that 28k to 42k a year more for the owner of the location.

All in the name of thwy have to make it the tea and thats way they NOW charge .40 more for a tea. They make the coffee and dont charhe no .40 a cup. Which tells you its not about having to make it. They have seen a raise in people ordering it and are choosing to take advantage of that.“

“Didn’t need a receipt so I’m not sure the employees name but whoever was working the drive thru tonight around 11:30 pm was amazing! Complimented me, was very nice and friendly and all I got was a Coke, but I was so pleasantly surprised by this employee. After a hard day, that was just what I needed!“

“I visit this McDonald's almost every morning for a cup of coffee before heading to work, and the experience is consistently outstanding. Every staff member I've encountered has been professional, friendly, and always has a smile on their face. They genuinely make me feel welcome, and I've never seen anyone seem upset or unhappy to be at work.

McDonald's coffee is my go-to, but there's something about the coffee at this location that makes it better than any other McDonald's I've visited. Whatever you're doing, keep it up, it definitely makes a difference!
