McDonald's in Conroe

“First, I have to say I don’t usually leave a review for a fast food place because I don’t go often but my experience at this location was so great. It’s the cleanest restaurant I’ve been in in forever. The service was incredible. The lady named Mikki who took my order was the most polite, sweetest lady I’ve ever dealt with in public service. She was very hard-working and very courteous. The food was hot fast convenient probably the nicest fast food restaurant I’ve ever been in.. in this day and age it was a refreshing change.“

“I LOVE this McDonald's the burger I ordered for my son was perfect wasn't burnt nor under cooked and the French fries the French fries were a 10/10 and and the service the survice was amazing
All the employees understood my son because he has speech class and the employee's were so nice you need to go to this McDonalds ❤️“

“I come to this McDonald’s all the time, it’s surprisingly quick and always fresh, good, clean, friendly, and well staffed even though it’s way out here in cut and shoot. Honestly one of the most efficient and consistent McDonalds I’ve been too AND it’s connected to a gas station and still this good… I feel like usually the gas station ones are underwhelming but not this one. Good job people 👍“

I’ve been coming here lately

My food has been hot and ready in matter of minutes and my drinks have been good! From the coffee to the juice to the soda & I rarely drink soda. The soda/juice machine has been changed appropriately, because it’s been tasting amazing

The employees have been polite as well!!!

“So I have suggestion for McDonald's, before you complete your order they should ask you how do you spell it they should give you options on like the machine in the McDonald's and for the the cashier they should ask you how do you spell it“

“This McDonald's is incredibly nice on the inside. There is no menu at the front counter, instead you must order through the kiosks they have. There are about 6 of them. It's cozy, the staff is friendly, and my food was pretty fast even with a busy day.“

“I went with my grand daughter for a specific Mario toy. We are both on the autism spectrum. Tyler served us and I told him we already had Mario he knew just what to do. He looked at the numbers on the boxes. A woman butted in and was like “we can’t open them for you” and I was like “I’m fine Tyler is taking care of us”. She literally snapped two more things at me and each time I told her that Tyler was doing just fine. He came back and told me what numbers they had. I looked up them up and saw that we needed number 4 so Tyler made sure we got that one.

Later I went back to get BBQ sauce. I told him and he went to get it. ANOTHER worker butted in despite being in the middle of taking care of another customer. Again I said “we’re fine Tyler is getting it”.

Seems to me yall don’t trust Tyler to do his job. Trust me, he’s probably smarter than all of you put together. Stop questioning him.“

“There was a couple mix ups with our order, but overall the staff was nice and I'm not one to make them do it all over again. Also, in classic mcdonalds fashion the ice cream machine was down ?
My kids sat at the light up table and were entertained through our whole meal. They thought that it was really cool that there was a giant sign on the ground too.“

“I threw away my receipt so I was unable to leave this young man a survey. I will say if you go to this location I can only hope Tyler is the one that takes your order. Today's day and age you don't expect a whole lot coming from the youth but I gotta say, Tyler is an exceptional employee offering manors respect and hospitality. Well done young man. We need more people like this running the front. 🙂“
