“Oh my goodness! We just stopped into this McDonald's on the way to Waco from Conroe. A random pick turned into a favorite spot. I actually went in and starred this location due to the amazing environment, friendly customer service, and quality of food. Michelle does an amazing job leading her team by example, being friendly with customers, helpful to understand app questions and survey questions. Odira had a welcoming smile when we arrived at the counter, and was on top of condiments and all the extra little touches for our family's lunch. It was so sweet and heart warming to see Eni get excited to see a return customer and her daughter. This location seemed to be in a flow state! Everybody was working as a team to bring wonderful customer service and quality food. The fries were golden, hot, fresh, and I could tell the oil was fresh as well. McCrispy strips and McNuggets were superb- crispy breading, soft and juicy inside. I also had a somewhat complicated drink order (Mocha, sub cold foam, add caramel drizzle), and they got it right and the flavor/proportions were perfect. We also had a Dirty Dr. Pepper and lemonade that just hit the spot. Thank you so much for such a bright and refreshing experience“
