Didn't even get my food and Keandra (Kiandra? I never saw her name tag so I hope I spelt it right) was still giving the best customer service possible. If she isn't a manager, then she needs a raise or promotion immediately because she showed pride and enjoyment in her job and made sure she could help me as much as possible.
Never thought i would want to give good review for McDonald's but ive had lunch her several times and impressed by the friendly staff and fast service
The cashier gentleman name Vishal/Victor is amazing. He seemed so happy to be at work and doing what he was doing and honestly that made my day. I had a rough day but his positive energy and approach made everything better. You don’t customer service like that fast food restaurants anymore but this young man setting new standards. Definitely coming back again soon.

McDonald's in Huntsville, Texas is a good and convenient fast food restaurant. It is one hopping spot for sure, so pack your patience because there is always a line but worth the wait. These are some of the nicest and hardest working folks, with amazing service that is extremely kind and compassionate. The food always tastes good, with customers loving the french fries and vanilla shakes. The presentation usually depends on how busy they are, but it is fast food. It is amazing how some things never change, and it is a place for new generations to create their own memories.
