McDonald's in Friendswood

“Natalya is always so pleasant! Every time I see her, she greets me with a warm, friendly smile and always responds with, “Yes, ma’am.” Her customer service truly stands out. I don’t live out that way but when I am out that way I have no problem going to this McDonalds because of Natalya.

Honestly, I don’t typically frequent McDonald’s locations inside of stores because I prefer the stand-alone locations, but I will continue coming back to this location because of Natalya and the exceptional customer service she provides. She makes every visit a pleasant experience, and great customer service like hers deserves to be recognized!“

“The service was quick when we pulled up to the window. The worker took my order correctly. Everyone was friendly and smiling. I think they had forgotten my order or it had gotten lost in the breakfast rush. They had me pull forward to the 2nd pick up window and another worker asked for my receipt. They came back in less than 5 mins with my food. It was nice and hot and my order was correct.“

“There were some customers being extremely outspoken towards a busy woman who was in the middle of taking my order so I stepped aside to save conflict. The customer accused the cashier woman of being rude to customers and she was not at all. The cashier was a petite woman with flowers tattooed on her forearm and lash extensions with beautiful eyes. I didn't get your name ma'am. But don't you pay any mind to the rudeness. You were handling the rush wonderfully. I hope this helps you out some. Continue to work hard. The customer service industry is very unforgivable....“
