Service times are ridiculously slow, 15 minutes in drive through because only 1 person is operating order taking. Not to mention wait time at the window. Hire more staff for your rushes
We always get the same stuff everytime we go and there are not many of the employees that know how to ring up a double homestyle meal without just adding an extra patty. The tables and floor are usually dirty.
Have my order ready in time all the time.

McDonald's is a quick stop for fast food, with a speedy drive-thru service that moves very quickly. The staff is friendly and efficient, and the food is always good and fresh. They recently remodeled the interior space, this has lent itself to a more welcoming and modern lobby/dining area. The food quality is very much standardized across the franchise, with hot fries and crispy nuggets. The area is nice and the bathrooms are clean.
