A barista at 528 helped a customer and made the day. The team keeps the store clean and comfortable, and they remember faces and say hello. Mobile orders are handled carefully, the drink is set on the counter and the customer is acknowledged with eye contact and a warm “good morning.” Drinks are made right, consistently good, and ready on time. The atmosphere feels like family, not just another coffee stop. The store is a nice place to sit or work, and the team’s positive energy shows in every visit. Some mornings the drive thru line can be long, but many customers are fine with it. Most drinks and snacks are good, but a recent order of five drinks had only one good. Three kids disliked the hot chocolates, and a cappuccino was missing most of the foam. Despite the few issues, the staff’s kindness and the coffee’s quality make this location a highlight for many.
