This location probably had by far the best customer service I’ve had at any other location.I sadly got terrible food poisoning from this location though. Was sick for almost 3 days. So that is the only reason I’m giving 3 stars instead of 5.

The sandwiches are always good when we get them. But......dealing the Schlotzsky Nazi is nearly unbearable. An older woman who apparently is handicapped as she always sets in a roll around chair but she has to be the rudest food service employee I have ever dealt with. She is impatient and just flat out rude. You can tell her Thank you and you will get glared at. We didn't go back for almost a year and low and behold the NAZI is still alive and well. A really good go to local place in friendswood for sandwiches, pizzas and salads. So their namesake reputation is for sandwiches, original deluxe is my favorite. Has tons of extra meats . But the pizzas don't get enough attention. They are really good and loaded with items . They are lower price versus a pizza chain and in my opinion just as good . Salads are always fresh also. Give them a try , you will enjoy whatever you are hungry for
