“I have very mixed experiences coming to this location. Orders are frequently missing items. Sometimes the place isn’t even busy when this happens. However, I will give kudos to the customer service that I received today by Ms. Joseline/Yoseline (sp?) she was quick to address my issues and also very kind and sweet. Thank you :)“
“This McDonald's has gone down Hill. The employees are very young and inexperienced they does more socializing then serving the customers. And apparently the owners of this McDonald's does not care I contacted them via email over 4 weeks ago I still have yet to get a response about the service . This location is very horrible the bright side of things is that a New McDonald's has opened up on S, Post Oak & Court Rd that opens 24 hr the drive Thru does. 🤗“
“It's McDonald's and I only ever go at night past midnight.
They've never messed up my orders and I've never had any complaints about service, so that's really all I need from our most known fastfood chain.“
