McDonald's, a well-known fast-food restaurant, has received a mix of reviews from its customers. While some have experienced rude service and dissatisfaction with the menu changes, others have praised the staff's customer service and the quality of their favorite items, such as the McRib.
The restaurant's use of self-service kiosks has been a point of contention, with some customers, particularly seniors, struggling to navigate the system and not receiving adequate assistance from the staff. This has led to frustration and a lengthy ordering process.
However, the restaurant is also praised for its entertainment value, though some customers wish they would offer more options, such as hot green tea, instead of only providing coffee.
Overall, McDonald's seems to provide a varied dining experience, with both positive and negative aspects depending on the individual customer's preferences and interactions with the staff. The restaurant's efforts to modernize with self-service kiosks have not been universally well-received, and there is room for improvement in providing consistent and helpful customer service.
