I have had a few issues but 100% of the time the manager jumps in and makes it right. I have to keep reminding myself that one they are kids and even if they are not we all may make a mistake. But u would be surprised if you asked kindly to the manager they will respond kindly.
1st I asked for a Spicy deluxe, and reminded him to make sure its Spicy, but i guess deep voice boy is death, then i hate to be such a karen, but i found it odd that i say have a great day and smile.
