They missed an item from our drive thru order. When we got to the pickup window, they could not add it so they asked us to drive back around to the first window to pay then back up to the second (pickup) window. They could have taken my credit card back to the register and ran it.
Gabriela the manager has a piss poor attitude. Claims to be busy by walking back and forth not acknowledging customers. They won't take an order, basically force you to order from the kiosk by ignoring you until you go to the kiosk or walk out which is what happened in front of me. Please don't waste your time at this particular McDonald's.
