Horrible customer service after going thru drive-thru. mobile app doesn't work properly, so you can't get rewards....defeat the whole purpose of having the app. so I've decided to save myself the trouble just delete the app and make April 2, 2024 my last day to patronize McDonald's....also good for my health...a win all the way around.
