It's not too often to meet or receive kindness from someone who accepts responsibility when a mistake has been made. At this particular Mickey D' s, that's just what happened. Admittance of a human error is not common with humans, ? however, the staff here is kind and considered enough to not only admit it but lovingly change it.Push all the way up!!!I love ❤️ that, thank you guys
Used to be my go-to McDonald's but lately I've noticed my meat on my QPC has not been cooked through while eating I still see pink meat, which ruins my appetite. I called the manager and she said she would check the grill but it was still the same the next day. Totally ruined my confidence in this place that I will have cooked through meat. I started going to other McDonald's instead.Kid-friendliness: Has a Playland.Wheelchair accessibility: Has 3 spots for handicapped and ramp.

So sad with all the homeless. Stopped here waiting on pickup at hobby airport. Good part was I fed three homeless people and bought another a pack of smokes. Got run off by another homeless dude sleeping under the tree at the exit. Sadly this is the first thing people see when arrive to Houston.
