The lady that cleans the restrooms and table was in the restroom on the phone, talking very bad saying all kind of curse words to whoever she was talking to on the phone I think her name was Ana . This is not the way you should be talking, especially when you don’t know who’s in the restroom thank God my kids were not in there.

So sad with all the homeless. Stopped here waiting on pickup at hobby airport. Good part was I fed three homeless people and bought another a pack of smokes. Got run off by another homeless dude sleeping under the tree at the exit. Sadly this is the first thing people see when arrive to Houston.

It's not too often to meet or receive kindness from someone who accepts responsibility when a mistake has been made. At this particular Mickey D' s, that's just what happened. Admittance of a human error is not common with humans, ? however, the staff here is kind and considered enough to not only admit it but lovingly change it.Push all the way up!!!I love ❤️ that, thank you guys

An absolute horrible one-star rating experience, ordered through the drive-thru using my mobile app...was told that the number was invalid but it specifically shown on my mobile phone that they took the number , got to the window and the young lady told me she had it taken care of and she didn't... That's the first issue...,The main issue is I ordered a double meat hamburger and got sent out a single meat hamburger the bottom bun completely burnt on both sides. How anyone in their right mind would not know to send an order like that out of the kitchen is beyond me, that either comes from ignorance or not being trained properly, which I still can't imagine somebody not knowing what burnt bread is.
