Great customer
They use to have more mobile order curbside spots then they changed it to only 2. People park in the spots and go inside. If you change how you wanna get your food because both spots are full they get mad at you. I still have to wait 15 minutes plus for my food and 98% of the time they forget something. The managers don’t really care. Open more curbside spots and stop sending drive thru people to the hold up lanes.
I ordered the wrap meal & there was woman at the window who told me to pull up to the 3rd window to bring them out and we waited 10min and still didn't receive anything. So i had to back up to the other window just to get my food that was literally just sitting on the counter that SOMEONE ELSE had to grab for me bc apparently the woman who told me to pull up wasn't there anymore. Ouuu that lady was bout to get a piece of my mind

McDonald's is a typical fast-food spot with average food quality and service. The staff can be slow, and the cleanliness varies. The fries can be meh, overcooked, or very fresh. The caramel frappe was bleh and the shake machines can be disappointing. The cheeseburger and hot n spicy are BUSSIN. Parking can be limited, so do not park on the drive thru entrance side during lunch times. The restaurant offers a kid-friendly environment with tablets available, but there is no playground. Late-night visits may encounter delays, but overall, it's a decent option for a familiar menu.
