“I read good reviews on FB so I decided to try this place when I was in the area. Ordered fried chicken steak as they said it’s their specialty. The portion is huge but the batter was not as crispy as i expected. It comes with 2 large sides. The atmosphere here was like a blue collar cafeteria with working people in and out constantly. I will try again if i was in the area.”

“Mrs Elsa that works here is very friendly and nice, she's always in a good mood and smiling when I come in. The food is delicious, the kolaches are great but I especially love the spinach and feta or strawberry and cream kolache that they have. Also they have Vietnamese iced coffee which you can't just get anywhere, and it uses cafe du monde coffee to give it that authentic flavor. The only complaint is that I'm getting fat since I work in this area. 😆

“Tried it out with my mom not only because one of their workers goes to my spot, but because I remember their TikTok’s blowing up back in the day(2021). I unfortunately did not take pictures, but I did gobble up that food lmfaoWant to apologize if I was undercharged and got someone in trouble, I believe we ordered 5 tacos de bistec(fajita imo) 5 de pastor(trompo) and 2 gringas, I was asked if I got a drink and I said no and then my mom PROCEEDS TO GRAB a strawberry joya. I believe the total should have been $26 not $23.Gonna be as honest as possible.Went there around 9:40. Taco shop wasn’t too busy, but I was impressed about the amount of people still hanging out there even if it was 2-3 families and 12?.I loved the vibe there, brought me back to my roots. We had the tios hanging out, smoking by the trash can which I didn’t mind because they weren’t cat calling or heckling, just vibing. A group of police trying out the local food joint, but seem to be regulars. And a little dine in area inside, with a. Snack portion that we got to try out before close (10pm)Pastor:The pastor was alright, on a taco by itself I feel like it lacked a little flavor, but nothing the salsa bar can’t fix.($1ea.)Salsa bar had like 6 different salsas with some pickled onion and jalapeños you could appease yourself to. The salsa was good, just a little too runny for my taste.Gringas:Aren’t gringas supposed to be a quesadilla de pastor (trompo) with aguacate inside? Regardless this compared to a taco does NOT COMPETE! Please order con todo, as they do provide cebolla asada on the side with limones and bit that was one of the best quesadillas I had in a while, even if it was kind of small ($4 ea.)Tacos de bistec:Gotta say this bistec is better than mine, I’m gonna need that recipe! These were the best overall tacos in my opinion. But then again I only tried 3 items.Joya de Fresa:I was complaining ti my mother that this fruit punch joya tasted different, to which she clarified that it wasn’t ponche, but strawberry, and it was really good, though I’m not sure if we could take the bottle or not as the had an area to leave the glass bottles, so I finished the rest before leaving. ($3ea.)Esquite:Who doesn’t love an elote after eating?Order your elote con todo as the salsa isn’t spicy but the cup overall hits the spot($4 ea.)Next time I would like to try the pirata quesadilla, tripa, and campechana. “Some of the best breakfast and lunch tacos. What I like about this place. They give you options on the beans that they do put in the tacos, they have regular beans or beans with chorizo, and I think that's what makes them stand out. I recommend the bacon and egg with beans and tradio tacos and not to forget the lunch meat, tacos, the fajita.”

“Had breakfast burrito. Tacos con chorizo and tacos con pollo on corn tortillas. Cooked in front of you. Good food . The pastries were fresh and tasty. Although, I don't know what they were, still delicious.”

“One of a kind ice cream flavors AND MORE! We are from out of town and out waitress recommended this place. They have lots of flavored “aguas” (drinks), ice cream galore in a variety of different flavors I’ve never seen anywhere else. They also have sherbet flavors in all kinds of fruit flavors. They give samples so don’t be scared to ask for samples!”

“Makes you feel like you’re home. Handmade tortillas and really good customer service. Like the señora calls me mijo and just brings back memories from mi pueblito. There is flavor not just in the food but also in the atmosphere. The chairs and decor is basic however what really matters is the food and atmosphere. Toilets were clean and the dining area was clean as well . Tables didn’t have any sticky residue. The menudo is very good just ask them to take a bit of the grease off and ask for extra limes and onion to complement it. Wash it down with a horchata and you’ll be a happy camper for the rest of the day.”

I recently visited Subway and had a great experience! The restaurant was clean, the staff Eveny was very friendly, and everything looked fresh and well organized. I loved being able to customize my sandwich exactly how I wanted it — the vegetables were crisp, the bread was soft and warm, and the meat was perfectly portioned.

The service was quick, and the team made sure everything was just right. I also appreciate how consistent Subway is — whether I stop in for lunch or grab dinner on the go, the food always tastes great. Their cookies are a must-try too!

“I'm going to talk about this place for a while. This was the whole tilapia blackened. I've eaten Cajun food all my life and still have never had blackened fish this moist, flavorful and perfectly seasoned. Oh and the menudo was on point tripe soft and spice hot.”
