“This whole facility is card only. I happened to be paying with a PayPal card as opposed to a regular bank card and there were issues with the pre-authorization hold when I tried to open a tab.

EVERY staff member I interacted with to resolve the problem was extremely courteous and helpful. Pablo was particularly friendly and understanding. If you're in downtown definitely swing by. Also extremely good happy hour M-F. Don't know where else in downtown that you can get a 3 dollar beer...

“Today, 5-16-24, I had an excellent experience at Premier Daiquiris. I didn’t get the lady’s name that was working the drive thru, but she helped me out today more than she knows. Right before I arrived at this establishment, I received back to back phone calls that were not good. I went to Premier Daiquiris to get a daiquiri. The African American lady at the drive thru began talking to me about cars and family and she also recommended a drink that was good. She doesn’t know how much the conversation I had with her really calmed my mind at the time. Hopefully she is able to see this comment!“

I tried the Trinidad James since I love black sesame despite not normally being someone who can stand Angostura Bitters but it was beautifully balanced and I'd order it again in a heartbeat. This bar is definitely now on my shortlist for when I'm downtown.“

“I have been going to Starduster since it opened, it has gotten nothing but better and better. The original cocktail concepts, friendly staff, well made drinks in a cozy atmosphere. There's not much more you could want. Weeknights are great for calm evenings, getting work done and happy hour. Weekends it's the perfect place to show your friends and get together.

“Oh the magic... We celebrated my daughter's college graduation here last weekend. Alexis, the coordinator is wonderful. She was a dream to work with, and lightening fast at responding. She was onsite and I agree with other comments made of her. The lady is patience and grace. Never out of sorts, handled everything expeditiously, and with the utmost professionalism and proactiveness. The space was beautiful and the guests were all impressed with the space itself. Very little decor is needed as the Venue's design, decor and overall vibe is lovely all on its own. The bartender, Omar was top-notch. Our guests loved him. His knowledge of the specialty cocktails, and non-alcoholic hand made lemonade were delish. Finally, Christina, our day of server or hostess was incredible. She handled my crowd with ease, professionalism, and was always in sight and on top of the food, music, and guests.

If I could, i'd go back and re-do my past events at this venue as well. They only get 5 stars because Google's rating system wont allow a 10! Well done Alexis, Omar and Christina. My daughter loved and in my book, that is 100% SUCCESS!“

The bar staff is top notch and really take care of you - shout out to Adan and Jose for holding it down! Can honestly say I've never had bad service here. Highly recommend Whitehall for a weekend stay if you're passing through or a stop at part & parcel if you find yourself killing time downtown.“

I had the pleasure of celebrating my 55th birthday there, and Kimmy facilitated my event flawlessly from beginning to end—not one complaint or concern the entire night. That level of professionalism and attention to detail meant everything and allowed me to fully enjoy my celebration.

The venue is beautiful, and I received countless compliments from my guests on both the atmosphere and the service. Kecia, the bartender, was an absolute gem—attentive, kind, and a true professional throughout the evening. James was also very hands-on, making sure everything ran smoothly, which did not go unnoticed.

And the balloon décor? Simply stunning—easily one of the best-dressed elements of the night and the perfect finishing touch!
