Lyric Market is a nice food hall centrally located in Downtown Houston. It was my first time visiting. On a Saturday afternoon it was not very busy, and the ambiance was a bit dull. I imagine it gets really packed at certain times. They have a variety of dining options. They provide complimentary 2-hour parking available with a Lyric Market purchase. Great perk. Check them out. I went here about two hours ago when I was in town looking for food. It was the only place around I saw with food to go. I tried the vegan tacos I recommend. I wasn't sure if I would like it but it was great. I tried the shrimp quesadilla as well and it was great. I would recommend it. The lady at the register was very nice and helpful. I went to sushi dorado inside the market. Overall was good. Prices are too high for not being a restaurant. Market environment was nice but it was very loud during to a party going on in the next bar. Salmon sashimi was good and Dorado tempura roll was delicious. Miso soup and seaweed salad were average.
