“My review stands, solid place with service. Last time I visited got the brie burger, chia pudding, meatloaf and chocolate creme pie. No faults! I will comment on the property. I took snapshots of the B&Bs and the quaint environment they provide.“
“Today was our 1st visit and we will be back! I was in search of another local coffee shop for me and my oldest child (11) to get a change of scenery for her homeschool time, and my remote job. We live in Friendswood, this was an easy 20 minute drive. Very nice, quaint location in the heart of Pasadena; generous portion sizes on the food offerings. We both had an iced latte and she enjoyed the chocolate chip banana nut muffin - she was impressed it was fresh pieces of banana. The chorizo breakfast taco was so flavorful and well seasoned, we ended up purchasing a 2nd one. The two baristas on staff were kind and helpful and treated my daughter like an adult customer - engaging with her and calling her ma’am. She even wanted to thank them personally before we left for their great customer service. We visited for nearly 2 hours and it was a lovely escape. I know where to go now when we need another midweek change of pace.“
“Great place , hidden gem! Great variety of choices in sandwiches, salads and sweets.Prices are a little high for the portions. Best cheesecake ever . Nice large dinning area. Prices on sweets & treats are great!I had the cranberry chicken salad , it was very plain , maybe 1-2 cranberries, no apples . Just a plain chicken salad. Was good but not what I was expecting. The hot sandwiches my friends got looked amazing. I’ll be back“
“i have been going to this place for over 3 yrs i love this place elote & raspas i agree this is the best place to go to i live about an hour away from this place never had a problem with the ladies until yesterday that i took a sip from my raspa and it was nothing in there it was dry just ice so i go back to them and i asked if they put in the bottom the juice she said yes i said i dont think so because nothing is coming out but air she then looked at me really mean and said well its raspa not water she then took the cup from my hand hard and said here she even spilled juice from the raspa on me im never going back to this place anymore it was a lady new one i believe because i have never seen her there before kind of tanned brown very mean“
“This is a hidden gem in Pasadena! It is a quaint cafe with AMAZING food! My boyfriend and I started with the brisket loaded fries….absolutely delicious! I had the grilled turkey and spinach panini and I added avocado and my boyfriend had the sycamore 2s which came with 2 eggs, 2 of your choice of meat, and 2 pancakes. The pancakes were divine and melted in your mouth. The service was great as well. Our waitress was very attentive even though they had a full house (literally…the cafe is a house ?). You have to check this place out. The grounds are beautiful. They also have a bed and breakfast and a wedding venue onsite.Parking: Nice size parking lot.Wheelchair accessibility: They have a ramp for those in a wheelchair.“
