“I come to this subway quite frequently and Sara (AM) has been one of the best customer service employee's I have encountered in years! She is attentive, very helpful, and always has the best attitude! Sara is a perfect example and model of how to be a great employee!“

I don't remember his name but he did a great job and great customer service. Please give him props or a raise. I haven't seen this type of hard work in any restaurant in such a long time.“
“Everything was very good. Restaurant is clean, veggies were fresh . I liked my sandwhich but as a former subway manager I feel inclined to mention that the artist who made my sandwhich did not follow the formulas.... I ordered the same sandwhich from two different locations and they both tasted completely different because the store by Kroger followed formulas and this one didn't . I eat my sandwhich anyway it was still very good. Just something for management to look at it's a small pet peeve of mine“

Good honest employees here, my girlfriend left her phone on a dining room table and an employee named Marco caught with us in the parking lot before we left and returned her phone! “Was not charged for the meal and when I went to ask for my drinks she said she didn't charge me only charged me for chips and sandwich . Then I wasn't given adjustment but charged full price for drinks. Suppose to have given a discount since I bought a Meal deal! . But she was prob a newbie so I went ahead and let it go. Hope they do better next review!“
“Ms. T is AMAZING! We are a family of 5 with completely different orders. She is took her time and made our orders to perfection! She made our subs with LOVE AND CARE! “It’s always clean, quiet, I’m often the only one in here. The employees are always very friendly, I’ve never had to wait, they are always well stocked on ingredients in addition to the extras (chips, cookies). My sandwich is always well prepared and everything is crisp and fresh.“

Very convenient.For online/mobile orders, whether takeout or eating in, I always recommend ordering from Subway directly.Try to do Doordash delivery and not only will your order be messed-up (wrong ingredients — I literally configured it for the exact salad I usually order, and I instead got one with tiny bits of a different cheese sprinkled — see the picture of the one that shows the most greens), but the drivers will always be fashionably late.Better to do it straight through the restaurant!“
