“There was only 1 worker at the time i was in but she was very fast with each order! There was a very rude customer who was impatient with his mobile order and she handled the situation VERY well! There were MULTIPLE people ahead of both him and I and it was very understanding but he was rude anyways. I didn’t catch her name but she was lovely and everything was amazing. Favorite subway location!! <3“
“Everything was decent. I ordered ahead and unfortunately they didn't utilize the pick up shelves so I was waiting for the employees to finish a large order before getting my food. This would have been an issue had I been in a hurry. The pretzel was over cooked, otherwise everything was fine.“
“I'm really happy that I've been able to work with you guys for a long time, but I'm not really that pleased with the level of sandwich making I've seen from your employees. I mean, I get that the grill is a complicated piece of machinery that deserves your full attention, but some of the things I've witnessed are simply unacceptable. Get your head on straight, guys! “These ladies here are the nicest and the kindest! Some crazy Karen was screaming about bacon and an online coupon and they remained calm and kind despite the unreasonable Karen being rude to them with a line full of people for the lunch rush. Great job ladies , good sandwiches and even better attitudes.“
