Itzy generously helped me out with my little problem ? and provided me with the best sandwich I have had in years!!! She is so sweet and even went as far as to offer me recommendations. We had stopped at a different location but left because the employee was not pleasant as we walked in she was already in a bad mood, so we decided to drive a little further and it was so worth it!“

“I recently visited the Subway on Westview, and I have to say, it’s one of the best experiences I’ve had at a subway. The place is clean, which makes a big difference when you’re grabbing a quick meal. Every bite of my sandwich was delicious fresh ingredients and had exactly the amount I wanted. What really stood out to me was the manager, Mrs. Dee. She’s absolutely wonderful, friendly, attentive, and clearly cares a lot about both the customers and the staff. “Love having this location so close to my house. We have been coming here for years. The staff is always very friendly. The restaurant was recently renovated and it’s very nice and clean. My family eats here at least once a week, sometimes two. Food is always fresh. I often bring one son with me and we dine in then get two subs to go for the rest of the family.“

Maria, always helps us out! She’s always so kind, and at this point, knows us by name and always greets us with a smile! “My family and I go here all the time and they are always friendly and professional even. One time a kid accidentally knocked over their mom’s large drink and they didn’t sweat it, cleaned it up quickly, and we’re still nice to a kid while having other customers. The whole crew here should get a raise.“

“The poor guy working was overwhelmed, understocked and too young to use the deli slicer. I ordered online and expected to run in and grab my order quickly as the app said it was ready. Instead I'm told they're out of many ingredients including flatbread and the volume of online orders was insane because they wouldn't get to mine for ~2hrs. I just took a refund.

Vegetarian options: It's one of the few places that you can actually get a vegetarian meal.“

“This is prolly the best subway I’ve gotten. Like every single bite of it made me want to order more. Idk who made it when I went to go pick it up. But the girl had it ready and most impressive part was how it was ready for pick up. Like clean and neat. I did end up eating in the store and it was quiet and clean. There were only two people working at this time so I am assuming they both made this but, I’ve to say that this as till today was the best Chicken Teriyaki sandwich I’ve had at subway. “I really feel that Subway has upped their game. If I would've posted a review a few years ago I would not of given at such a high star rating based upon all the competition from other comparable sandwich shops. But in my Pinyan at the time had better quality ingredients and better service and just an overall better ambience in the restaurant. But again as I said to Subway has upped their game. They are a better price point the most competitors and in my opinion only a notch below and quality and taste. Definitely out on alternative to mix it up with other sandwich shops“

“This evening I ordered 2 footlong sandwiches through the app, one for my husband and one for me.

My husband ordered a meatball marinara sub, and it was not right at all. There was no sauce on the sub at all. It doesn’t look like there was any cheese on it either.

When we called the store to see if we could bring it back for him to make a new one, the associate stated he would not be making a new one and to contact his manager tomorrow.

He said the reason the meatball sub has less sauce is because he had to ration it out for the people after us because he was low on sauce. His sandwich damn near looked dry, just meatballs.

When we explained that it is isn’t right for him to have no sauce when that’s what we ordered, he stated he isn’t the manager and he would NOT be making a new one.

The customer service my husband received on that phone was terrible.“

I walk from the plasma center do NOT wait for number 10 Metro... that bus runs on its own alternate universe multiverse schedule.
