Food was fine & service was good, but this location never has more than 1 person working! I got there & 5 people were in front of me. It took forever! They only had two types of bread and three choices of chips. The owner is cheaping out & losing business. At least two people that came in after me left. I'll go back to Hwy 6 at West Road again from now on. The very pleasant lady working should go there to work! More business & more help.
I stood in line for 10 min, while reading the signs that say skip the line download the app, to pick up my sub I ordered through the app. The employee was dead tired cause he had no help for the dinner shift and for some reason instead of a ready made sub when I arrived, there was only a ready made receipt. Hope nobody came to my store while I was gone for an extra 15 min waiting in the line reading the advertisement for the app...

The first time I went it was decent. The second time I went I left because of how SLOW the sandwiches were coming out. After 7 minutes the employee still hadn't finished two sandwiches and then an online order came in to pickup his food and it wasn't even made, so she was going to start that after.
