I want to give a big shout out and thanks to Ashley and Evelyn at our Copperfield location. They went beyond what was expected. I was having trouble for good 45 minutes online and wanted delivery. Chipotle Mexican Grill is a restaurant known for its good quality food. However, there have been issues with the availability of certain ingredients, such as cheese, guacamole, and vinaigrette, running out around 7-8 pm. The service has also been criticized for not being the best. On a positive note, the music at this location is highly praised. The food is described as okay, and while some may not choose to order from there for personal meals, it is a decent option for group dining. There was also a mention of inconsistent charging for food portions.
