Me and family went to this restaurant many times in diferents time and always is the situation there ,they closed at 11 but at 8:30 they are out of lettuce,avocado and all other veggies.

When I came in they told me that they were out of sour cream and lettuce which I was ok with because I never get lettuce and could live without sour cream. Then at the end they never ask if wanted vegetables. When I asked they said they didn’t make any that day. I usually get a veggie burrito luckily I have gotten steak this time. Then when I went to pay the cashier was talking with her friend and not paying attention to me at all. The service was bad and they didn’t have half the things to go on the burrito. I was really craving chipotle and this was a real let down. I will not come back this store.

I came to the copperfield location on valentines day around 10:30 pm. My server and cashier deontay was very rude kept rushing me and didnt speak or make any eye contact with me. It really made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcomed.

Never again! I had quite a few errands to run before work so I was pressed for time. I decided to order online and pickup my food so it’s ready and I can head home. Big disappointment. I ordered the chicken bowl, lite beans, extra rice and fixings. Plus some chips and queso on side. When I opened my bowl, I had to pick around for the chicken. Very tiny pieces maybe 7 of that was there. Veggies was skimpy on there. No salsa at all like I requested . If I was to eat here again which is no time soon I would need to order in person and watch them make my food. Chips and queso was fine

Placed an order online. Waited over 40 minutes then I receive an email saying my order was cancelled. I tried to call to find out the reason and no one answers. Ridiculous

You know the place is bad when you wish you would have gone to Taco Bell instead. The female cashier needs to find another line of work. Her people skills is non-existent - very rude and snappy when taking my food order. Then there was the food. They must have gotten the rice and beans on sale - because that's about all I got. VERY little chicken and Minicule amount of beef. For the price that I paid - I expected better quality and quantity. Going to be spending my hard earned money elwhere. Maybe Taco bell will appreciate my money better

Grabbed a bite for the group at work. And the service was not the best. But the MUSIC AT THIS LOCATION....WAS the best experience in a long time. Food is ok for what it is...would I order from them just for myself? Not at all.

Get a better cashier. Yall messed up my order and want to catch an attitude after I was nothing but patient. My advice, go to another location.Listen to the other reviews!

Not certain what’s going on at this location, the rice is “water logged”, the portions are small, in fact, this location (FM 529 & N SH 6) serves the smallest portions out of the surrounding locations. Servers scoop a heaping spoonful, shake 3/4 out and place 1/2 of the remaining portion in you bowl or tortilla shell. They then follow the same process for beans and fajita vegetables if you ask for them. What’s most disappointing is the portion of protein I received 1/4 scoop! What the heck and when I said something, I was told I’d have to pay for an extra portion. I was dumbfounded, pay extra when I hadn’t received the proper amount the first time. I was charged $3 for a 1/8 scoop of guacamole, it’s only at this location that the portions are much smaller. The servers attitude are the worst, you chose to work in the food industry and at that Chipotle location; don’t take your bad feelings out on customers. When customers call you out for “skimping” on their portions, own it because you are! Customers come to Chipotle expecting to have the same bowl that is being advertised in the commercials. What we need to do is launch a class action lawsuit on false advertisement of product and portions shown on nationwide television commercials.I do not recommend, travel to 1960 or Barker Cypress if you want value for your hard earned money. I won’t be returning to this location again!
