Key is Boss is there, 2nd key, you have this guy with top proper, hygiene, SERVSAFE Skills! Named Eduardo, As a Houston Heights Native with my fore father's building this town, this place is the definition of #SERVSAFE. Great experience. It looks like the owner and employees care about what they are feeding you. While preparing a sandwich, he saw the bread wasn't really that fresh and replaced it with fresh bread on his own. Tomatoes and other vegetables looked and tasted fresh too.

Highly recommend this location. This subway has fresh ingredients. In one of our visits we encountered a small discrepancy after paying & leaving. We called the owner and he was very receptive & understanding of the situation. He quickly remedied the small issue.Before I forget this location also provides Agua Fresca: Cucumber watermelon goes off the chain!
