Gabby was AWESOME and went above and beyond to provide great service. She was patient and so kind. She paid attention to detail and took additional notes to make sure that her delivery driver wouldn’t be late and would also have information needed to get into my community without delay. I highly recommend this awesome Location and the people that provide stellar service there.

I drove all the way to the Bay Area location needing a gluten free bundlet expecting to get one. I got there and was told they don't have any ready at the moment. I had to drive all the way to the Pasadena location to get what I needed. I was grateful they had what I needed and took care of me and had wonderful customer service!
This place is the best. I always have a good experience. I have been a customer for a few years now, and the consistency is there with the customer service and the deliciousness of the cakes.
I am particularly impressed with the way they handled their first ever National Bring the Joy Day on 9/15/26. It was a line…and they got us in and out. I did not feel rushed. It was just very efficient and organized. Wonderful!!!

Nothing Bundt Cakes is a friendly place with helpful employees. They offer yummy cakes and cute items for purchase. Customers appreciate the good customer service and welcoming atmosphere. One customer ordered a banana pudding cake, which was not available, leading to some disappointment. Another customer enjoyed the delicious pumpkin Bundt cake, praising its strong flavor and wishing it was available all year round. They also enjoyed a bundlet tower for a birthday, featuring the limited-time Churro flavor. Despite a remodel at the front of the house, the service remains fast and spot on. A customer mentioned being helped by a very sweet employee, which made their visit special. Overall, it's a happy and motivating place to visit, although some wish for longer opening hours.
