“My experience was great. This was my first time coming here. I ordered the comb which came with 2 spring rolls, a small bowl of pho, and iced tea..The small was plenty and d I left feeling full.

I missed the pho since it was sold out, and from what I can tell, that may actually be the move here. The pork ribs were dry, tough, and felt more like buffet-style leftovers than proper Texas BBQ.

The curry had decent flavor, but overall this place feels more like a Vietnamese comfort food spot experimenting with BBQ than a real BBQ destination. If you come for the pho, maybe you’ll understand the hype. If you miss the pho, you probably missed the best thing on the menu.

“Been to pretty much all the Pho and this one is definitely top five. when ordering your food try to get the fresh noodles which is going to give you the best chew experience and observe the flavors better than generic standard noodles. This is one of the places to offer fresh noodles not everywhere you get this level of quality. Broth is very nice flavorful and tasty. If you like beef tendon, then get their meatball, brisket, tendon combination, ask for the chili oil it’s going to give you a nice flavor boost.“
