By far the best pho I have ever had. To me it right up there if not better than Pho Bihn Trailer (iykyk)
The owner was so kind, we got there right when they opened so just a short wait for our pho. The meat quality was outstanding. My 2yr old at his up! (Also kids meals are feee Saturday with a minimum $15 purchase which is just awesome)
Our son was also obsessed with the spoon so we asked if we could purchase it and they kingly let us take it.

Based on the reviews, Pho 21 on Fuqua in St. Paul is a Houston hidden treasure. The pho helps a lot, and after trying many different pho restaurants, this one stuck out the most. The best pho ever was just so so good and exactly what was needed. The food is always fresh, and the spring rolls are out of this world. The egg rolls are the most crispiest crunchiest egg rolls ever. The broth is made perfectly and sipping it makes you feel better instantly. The service is amazing and super fast with the food. The staff are so kind, respectful, very nice, and super nice. The atmosphere is so much. It is a 10/10 experience and does not leave a dent on your wallet. For great authentic pho, this is the place.
