My first time here and the place was very welcoming when I walked in. Smooth soft Island music playing to listen to as you waited for my food. Great hospitality! I recommend and will also be coming back
Let me walk you through my experienceAs soon as I walked in was greeted warmly by not just the front facing staff but also by everyone working and cooking in the hot kitchen. I had questions about the menu and the waitress was extremely helpful and accommodating, I ended having the jerk chicken tacos with fries, side of Mac and cheese and 2 patties 1 was chicken 1 was beef. Great to visit a Caribbean food restaurant on this side of Houston. All the typical dishes - but a saltfish roti that’s of the beaten track - never had that before. This roti is extremely good. Large portions - enough to take home. Have to try additional fare as time permits.Great hostess and well deserved praise.Visited IF recently. After Covid19, things were a little off.
