“I can't believe I still haven't wrote a review for Pho Sapa yet. This place is amazing, every time I was there, it is satisfying. The restaurant is clean, staff is friendly, their english is not very good but trying very hard to help you with your questions about food knowledge. My favorite dish is the big beef bone, I think it is a side dish which is about $5, it came in a huge bowl full of big big beef bones. The bones are flavorful, has good amount of meat on it and easy to peel off. I can never finish it and always bring it back to my dog. And my dog loves it too. Their signature item was the dry pho with soup on the side, it came with the special sauce to mix with the dry noodle, side veggies to make the dish more fulfilling.Pho is always great, their soup is clear, definitely brewed a long time not so much MSG taste in it because I don't have to drink so much water afterwards.Price is fair, very good place to have a nice inexpensive lunch or light dinner. Might have to go there early since they do run out of soup.Highly recommended.“
“The saying goes "if you want good Phở, you have to go to Chinatown." Well folks, I live 45 minutes away from Chinatown and I'm glad Pho Ben proved that expression wrong. The menu offers a wide variety of authentic Vietnamese food includes chả giò, gỏi cuốn, bánh mì, cơm dĩa, bún thịt nướng, mì, and phở with prices ranging from $5 - $12. The restaurant is located in the Heights with a modern feel and it's truly impressive that the prices are so reasonable.“
“I am not the greatest fan of Pho, but husband loves it. We visit Pho 18 at least once a month because it is nearby and the food is good and affordable. Bien is the sweetest person who always greets us with a smile. This family owned restaurant is genuinely dedicated to bringing you good, fresh food at fair price with excellent customer service. Give 'em a try!“
“In all of my 26 years of all my life, this was the first time I've ever had pho! It was so so soooo good. So much more flavorful than I expected. The chicken was very tender and soft and seasoned very well. The plate was only $8-$9 and ginormous. Service was speedy and efficient. You can tell it's a well loved restaurant because it was packed at 1 pm on a Tuesday. It was extremely clean, and I LOVE that. I also had the coconut drink to drink and it was very very tasty. I will definitely be coming back here for lunch!“
“OMG, THANK YOU #PHOHOUSTON for this delicious and fresh Vietnamese meal. Everything was so fresh &; flavorful. Portions perfect and worth every penny. Even my tomatoes ? on my salad ? were amazing. ? You are now my go-to restaurant on UBEREats when I'm stuck in Houston, around IAH & can't commute home. Again I say ,THANK YOU!!! Real food and healthy ingredients and spices for the WIN!!! Next time I'll get some Pho Ga ?.“
“On the menu: Pho only. And as you would expect from a place which offers basically only 1 item - it was delicious! The broth was spiced well and the meat was perfectly cooked. Service is super fast - food comes out after 5-10min. Prices are fair!Definitely one of best Pho spots“
“We literally come here every month, so over 60 times since 2017. The overall experience is very satisfactory. Some key points that earn my five stars. The food is consistent with good flavor. The price is very reasonable. The waiter/waitress always checks with us.We never have an issue finding a parking spot for eating here. The downfall of other Pho places around the city makes us end up backing here.“
“Best pho I've had and had the best customer service. The food is always super good. I've been coming here for over 5 years and the food was always the best. I recommend getting chicken pho. Just like the name pholicious, this pho is delicious!“
“I absolutely adore this spot. The pho is the best I’ve had. The warm broth has so many flavors and feels like a big bowl of comfort. Get it with the meatballs. I also love the shrimp spring rolls. They are always fresh and are a good size.“
“First time going and it did not disappoint. I got the shaking beef and it was so tender, you could cut it with a fork. The fried rice was well seasoned and they bring you more salt and pepper on the side, just in case. The cucumber lemonade is a MUST. Very good experience here.“
“First time trying this restaurant and it was so good!!! For me, pho is usually a hit or miss when it comes to whether or not I like it and this placed was a hit. I had the P4 (Tai Bo Vien), rare steak and meatballs. Service was good, food comes out pretty quickly and the atmosphere is quaint. I’ll definitely come here again.“
“In my and my family's opinion this is the best Pho in the area. We've tried many places, and we always end up returning here because the pho stands out above all others we tried. This Pho broth is the best! The depth of flavor on it is what keeps us coming back. Many choices, for everyone something and the produce served with it is extremely fresh and crisp. Also recommend drinks such as Thai tea, Vietnamese coffee and coconut drinkThe food is amazing and courteous service.“
“Never dine in, only order to go. My daughter's favorite place for pho, I really don't like the service. Parking is terrible, owner is always trying to get me to buy other things ? which I did many time and it never had any taste to “
“The service was spectacular. The server explain to us with lots of patience and very detailed. She was so nice and kind. The food came out fast (not a busy evening) and it was all tasty, hot and fresh. After dinner we stayed a while to chat and tried their milk teas. Oh, boy! That matcha tea was delicious. Try it with the black boba. Super recommended. Kudos, #TinaPhoKid-friendliness: The place is fun and decorations are nice.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a parking spot and a ramp right in the front.“
“I eat a lot of pho. I loved this one. Broth is delicious. Chili oil is tasty too. And of top of tasty food is cheap. 13 dollars for pho and Thai iced tea. I love this place. 10 out of 10. May God bless the vietnamese people for providing us with tasty pho. May I also include: bone marrow soup is amazing from here. ♥️“
“Was Delicious! Considering it was a Friday at 5 when we arrived I expected it to be busy since the yelp reviews were good but we were seated promptly upon arrival. The egg rolls were crispy and were a great start to the course. Personally I ordered the #11 which was a beef and noodle bowel and I asked to see if bok choy could be added to the bowel. If you like your food with a hint of spice the chili oil they provided was also an amazing addition to add more flavor to the already seasoned broth. I enjoyed every bite of my meal and plan to return sometime in the near future.“
“They treated me like closed friend. Highly recommend rare beef pho , bun bo hue, bun suong, bun rieu...... They are tasty and come with diversity of vegetables. I alway come here 3 4 times per week when I’ve lived around Bellair area. Let’s give them a try!!!!!!!!!“
“Food, Service, and Atmosphere are great. Owner of restaurant named Jimmy also helps out with cooking and other necessary hands on duties to achieving a productive work day. He is very hard working, humble, down to earth, family oriented, friendly, and a sense of humor. He and all his staff have great customer service. One of the best Restaurants out there that deserves to succeed in a very competitive and challenging economy.“
“Stumbled upon this Pho place while we were on the north side. This is one of the best pho restaurants we've ever eaten ever!We ordered Pho Dac Biet, Pho tai nam Gau, Pho tai (all large bowls and we ordered 4) and it was $40?! And they accept credit cards?! Wow super reasonable compared to all the other pho restaurants! Their broth was super flavorful and meats were delicious! Highly recommend and will come back if we are in the area!P.S.: Don't pay attention to the negative "American reviews" since most of them don't know how authentic Vietnamese food taste like“
“Very clean and down to earth and Not overly hip or trendy with decor. Pho was great and my new-to-Viet-food friend loved it. Waiter left me alone mostly the way I like, and I felt very welcomed and cared for with the interactions. Menu is short and sweet also, no fru fru or 100 items.“
“I love this place, take-out or dine in. Can't beat the Pho if your in the mood, but my hidden favorite is the Vietnamese Burrito. I have a big appetite but struggle to finish the portions served. Other Vietnamese restaurants pale in comparison. Damn, I'm getting hungry writing this, but I'm 200 miles away right now.“
“Had better pho, but also had worse. I rank this place somewhere hight middle. The broth is good, but I did not love the meat. It was not bad, it just that I had better. Also, guy got my order wrong, ask for fatty brisket, got tendon instead. I am sure my Vietnamese was on point. ?“
“The staff here is older, curtious, and they work fast to serve you hot food. The food rivals any other Vietnamese restaurant. Their pho is above average full of flavor and smells wonderful. The noodles are not overly cooked and they allow substitutions for those that prefer egg noodles over rice. There is a decent amount of noodles and meat in the pho. Food is well prepared, good sized proportion, and very good for the price you pay around $10-15. Only place I know that will not add sugar to milk tea or chai tea. Close to the HCC northline campus.“
“After trying many pho place around Houston, I think this is just my favourite. The portion is plenty. I usually order a special pho size XL to go and that would last me 2 meals. It's a good saving. The broth is tasty, the meat is good quality and the noodles are fresh and prepared just right. Also, this is the only pho place that packages your food with care. No other places do this at all. It helps to keep the meat/veggies fresh and also helps to prevent the broth from spilling. I appreciate this so much!“
“Customer service is great. Also food is good. Got to order the appetizer sampler eggrolls. They are very good.!Dietary restrictions: Get with the server that will let you know.Kid-friendliness: You also can eat outside if you have kids grateful families.Wheelchair accessibility: Smooth access for wheelchair.“
“Five star food for a very reasonable price. Open, clean layout with lots of windows.Several portion size options and pho combinations. We ordered the fried dumplings and got the steamed, but they slayed! The small bowls of pho were more than enough, and tasted amazing. This will be our Vietnamese place moving forward. Just wow!Service is a touch slow though...“
“The shaken beef is incredible. Beef is tender and flavor is very rich. This is a must try. The vermicelli, smoothies, coffee, and rice dishes are good. The pho and spring rolls are OK. Pho is sometimes good, sometimes bad. Service is OK. Prices are very fair.“
“Love this place! It's the best Vietnamese food in the area. I'm usually always ordering banh mi, pho, rice plates and egg rolls from here. Don't forget your cafe sua da too! They're always so nice and are very fast w the orders.“
“This restaurant is a classic go to for a big group who are unsure what to have. The highlights for food are mostly family dishes, but they have individual plates and sandwiches as well! The banh mi was very good, and they have good tasting classic family Vietnamese dishes. Despite the name, I would avoid the pho, as there are other spots that have a much more deep broth. Other than that, most everything has a classic home taste. Nothing too exciting or innovative, but classic dishes nonetheless!“
“Been going to this place for 15 years. The pho is consistent and very flavorful. Service is great, very fast as I usually need to go in and out for 1 hour lunch. The location/the shopping center really needs parking lot repair. Overall still gonna “
“I recently had the pleasure of dining at this pho restaurant, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. The food here is incredibly authentic, making it the best place to satisfy your pho cravings in the area. No longer do I need to make the long drive all the way to Houston to enjoy a delicious bowl of pho.But let's not stop at just the pho. The vermicelli dish we ordered was an absolute delight. Bursting with flavor, it was a true explosion of taste in every bite. The generous portion of vermicelli noodles was perfectly cooked and served as a delightful base for the dish. The accompanying toppings and garnishes were plentiful and added a wonderful variety of textures and flavors. It was evident that the chefs weren't shy with the garnishing, and it truly enhanced the overall experience. If you're a pho enthusiast or simply looking to explore the diverse flavors of Vietnamese cuisine, I highly recommend this restaurant. With its authentic food, warm ambiance, attentive staff, and mouthwatering vermicelli dishes, it truly stands out as the best place around. Say goodbye to those long drives to Houston, because this gem is right here in our area!“
“My family and I love to come here for our pho and egg rolls or spring rolls. They seem to get pretty busy here but id say with good reason however it does seem at times they are short staffed. There is one lady who works there who seems to not really speak english so she comes off as not so friendly. Another thing Ive experienced here is that when I order any rolls, they have two different portions so if they dont ask you which portion you want, they will give you the order with three(or the biggest portion) and of course im going to assume its to charge more. Either way, be specific with your portions when it comes to your fried/spring rolls. Other than that I think their portion on soups and other entrees are great portions. In my opinion the small pho is just the right size. If you get the large you will not be disappointed , however its too much for me if I order any rolls on the side. For the most part the staff is always friendly. Keep up the great work!“
“Best Pho in Houston. Have tried all locations and this one is my favorite. The staff is the best at this location. Warm and friendly.Only suggestion is for them to switch back to the old chili oil. Love this place and will keep coming back!“
“The motif was a little too modern for my tastes. When eating traditional Vietnamese food, is it too much to ask that the atmosphere at least suggest the culture? The service was excellent and the food was decent, but I prefer culture over modern cuisine.“
