The food was delicious but the guy who brought me my food was kind of rude. that and the fact that they have no egg rolls is why they get 4 stars instead of 5.
I've made it my personal mission to find the best pho in Houston, and after eating my way through more bowls than I'd like to admit, Pho A Hung by Night wins every single time.
