Some of the best Pho in the Bellaire area (Little Vietnam). We were there on a Sunday and that is their busiest day They were out of the fresh rice noodles and the dried noodles were a little starchy. All things considered you won’t go wrong here.
My family was recently vacationing in the Houston/Katy area and Pho Dien was recommended to us from a local good blog. I cannot speak highly enough of this restaurant and the owner. He opened us up to the freshness of hand made noodles and a broth that was clearly made with passion. He made my family feel like we sharing a seat at his family's table and we will never forget the experience. Thank you for the amazing food and dining experience!
