The beef pho with steak and lean brisket is tasty and does not disappoint, with a warm belly full of delicious, rich pho. The pho is great and the meat is very tender. The flavors are simply phenomenal, with noodles cooked to perfection and broth that is a warm embrace for the soul. The spring rolls are a revelation with succulent grilled salmon and tender shrimp. The banh mi and fresh spring rolls are all really good, especially their peanut sauce. The bun bo hue is also delicious and spicy. The smoothies are amazing, including the tarro smoothie which is dark purple and not bland. The service is very friendly and welcoming, with fast service and clean bathrooms. The restaurant is very clean and spacious inside. The wait staff is excellent and keeps water glasses full. This is one of the finest dining experiences ever had. It is an absolute must-visit in Houston.
