Found another Gem of a place. Knew we wouldn’t be disappointed when the place is packed after the lunch hour. 2pm and they were still near full.Little to no wait, even when full. This was a solid phở place! I didn't have high expectation before I came here but only knew that there were good opinions about it.I went for the Phở Đặc Biệt which I usually get at any vietnamese restaurant that serves phở. The pho at this place is simply delightful, truly the highlight of my trip. The broth is exceptional, brimming with rich flavor, and paired perfectly with the impeccably cooked smaller noodles. The brisket was tender and fresh, while the meatballs added a crunchy burst of flavor. Adding the meats used in the broth for just a few extra dollars truly elevated the experience.
