Fresh, light, friendly, and good. Simple words to describe Pho 21, and a pleasurable dining experience. It was our first visit, probably ok or our last. The pho dac biet...when I first tasted the stock, I initially thought it wasn't punchy enough. Excellent taste and price, got the large and they give you a real large just like all other great pho spots. Will be going back as long as I live in the area. Quick service & perfect amount of authentic options. Also got Thai tea and a viet coffee to go both 10/10 better then most boba spots.
